WowShots is an AI-powered screenshot generation service that creates App Store and Google Play optimized screenshots from user-provided images and app information. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate, enhance, and format screenshots.
3. User Accounts
Authentication: We use Google authentication for account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that violates intellectual property rights
- Create misleading or fraudulent app store assets
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
- Interfere with other users' access to the Service
- Automate access to the Service beyond reasonable API usage
5. Content Ownership and Rights
Your Content: You retain all rights to the original screenshots and app content you upload.
Generated Content: You own the screenshots generated through our Service and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use in app stores.
License to Us: You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Credits and Payments
Credit System: The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each screenshot generation consumes credits from your account.
Purchases: Credits can be purchased through our payment provider. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated screenshots will meet app store approval requirements or specific quality standards. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WowShots and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
